had a fab' evening with 'Lin

finally had dinner at Itacho @ Ion.
we were really lucky today! waited only... 15min for a table?
oh yums! their scallops were lovely!! and the creative sushi rolls we tried we sOOooo good! in fact, everything we ordered was fresh... the portions huge... think the only things we agreed we preferred from Sushi Tei instead of Itacho, were the salmon roe and flying fish roe sushi.
the service was prompt, the peeps were friendly and attentive... it was all good :)
no piccies cos i ain't no food blogger right? i was too busy eating to bother with photos! hurhur.

went on a crazy 2 hour hunt for a pair of heels for her wedding after that.
silver.
bling.
nothing less than 4-inch (preferable).
we went from one shoe shop to the other... from floor to floor... from one mall to the next...
i made her try those heels and walk round the shops, on both the marble/ tiles and carpets.
though i've no intention of buying anything for myself right now (*reminds self of most recent purchases from HK. MUST BE GOOD! pace myself... save the next round for KL next week. hahaha!!!), i had fun slipping my feet into some lovely, sexaaaaay heels too :) omg i love high heels :p i love shoe shopping. LOVES!!!

ah!!! getting carried away thinking of shoe shopping......

anyways, no purchases today. merely round 1 of many (!!!) we'll be doing together in preparation for her big day in 06/10. i can't wait to spend more time with her!!! i've missed the girl so much!

with her, conversation just flows. we talk about everything and anything! i love that with her, we can have discussions like decent, matured adults just as much as we can bitch and talk nonsense... as if we were still 18. everytime we hang out, i'm guaranteed the best mix of delightful intelligent conversations plus equally delightful lame, lighthearted crap. haha! what would i do w/o her...?!
