So.
On the 5th day of Christmas, we have finally stopped all that mega feasting here at home. The Christmas long weekend was spent cooking, baking and feasting. No party this year bcos we've only just moved and parts of the new place are not 100% 'UP' yet [the study room has no door!!!]. Ah well, will make it up with the bbq in 2 wks time ok girls?

Spending Christmas at home with the loved ones... that's how i like it :)

Hmmm... i don't think i've ever actually gone anywhere Christmas Eve/Day. Not without the family at least. The only time i had to spend Christmas away from home, was when in Sydney. Even then, it wasn't really totally without the family :) Cos dajie and bil flew into Sydney on Christmas Day from Brissie. Hee!
So yea. But then again, why would i wanna go anywhere really. Surely not into town? Argh, that crowd!!! I would hate it so. Nope, i much rather spend Christmas with only the people that really matter.
My ideal Christmas holidays right now (i've been told my ideals will change once i have my own family - read: kids and in-laws) are really simple: plans that involve cooking and baking for my family and friends + any activity that gives me the opportunity to nua with The Boy.

Unfortunately, i had to make do without The Boy this Christmas :(
First he said he was supposed to be away somewhere in IDN for work. Then the trip got pushed back.
Lots of logistical issues i guess.
In short, he was some 300km away upnorth while i was here in SG.
Major upset-ness (i don't care if there's no such word. pooh!)

YF, WL, Yuan and i had dinner (yes, and drinks. naturally.) at Tawandang @ Dempsey the other day. Food was nothing to rave about. But their Weizen was yumsssssss!! *burp
Then we had icecream (and more drinks, yes. of cos.) at Ben & Jerry's @ Dempsey. *burp burrrrrp
It was a lovely evening with some of my fav people.
Can't wait to resume on sat. nites @ Wala in 2010. Starting 2nd Jan! Muahahahaah!!!

I got about an inch of my hair snipped off for the New Year. It's only an inch i know but my heart still hurts *tears
It takes blarday long for my hair to grow... and i have no more curls now. wtf.

Did i just say we've stopped all that feasting at home? Oh what have i done??? I just agreed to make a huge Casserole of Guinness-Beef for dinner on NYE. And Claire's on the way over to make Chocolate Chip Cookies!!!
